SIX AREAS. YOUR PATHWAY.
The Classified Executive Leadership Program (CELP) brings your professional learning together. MicroClasses are the learning experiences; a MicroCredential recognizes five completed two-hour sessions. Focus on Teamwork, Humility, Responsiveness, Impact, Vision, or Enjoyment—or combine areas for a THRIVE MicroCredential.
Employees may initially register for up to five classes per year. Additional classes may be offered if space is available, on a first-come, first-served basis.
Five verified sessions (10 hours) in the same area earn that area’s MicroCredential. For example, five T sessions earn a Teamwork MicroCredential. Five sessions spanning multiple areas earn a THRIVE MicroCredential. View your progress and LVUSD badges in My learning.
The catalog contains 40 MicroClasses across six domains. Catalog counts show this year’s offerings; each session is two hours and each MicroCredential requires five completions. Verified completions carry forward across program years. Dates, locations, and presenters appear as confirmed. Registration opens when details and seats are available.
$108.70 for sessions July–December 2026; $110.90 from January 1, 2027. Each rate is one-tenth of the Schedule X MicroCredential participant stipend. Registration alone does not create credit or pay; staff must verify completion.
